We are pleased to announce our newest addition to New Star Lighting’s Leadership Team, Deb Zawodny. As the Business Development Manager, Deb will work with our Regional Sales Managers to identify new sales opportunities, grow current relationships with agents and specifiers, and help expand New Star’s market share. She will focus on new product development specifically within the healthcare and cleanroom markets and assist in introducing new products via training sessions and educational programs, including CEU presentations.
Deb has served in various leadership positions throughout her career, most recently as the Sales and Market Development Manager for the Healthcare and Cleanroom Segments at Eaton where she was responsible for promoting their lighting and controls brands. In her previous years at Eaton, she held regional Specification Sales Management positions for Architectural Interior Ambient (products) and for Industrial and Complex Environments. Prior to her time at Eaton, Deb worked for other major and niche lighting manufacturers as a regional and national sales manager.\
